• WordPress site URL and site name
• Admin email address
• WordPress version, PHP version, and plugin version
• Server IP address

2. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data to provide the requested service. By using the plugin, you consent to this processing.

3. Video Content

Videos you upload are transmitted to our servers for encoding and stored on external infrastructure for delivery.

We do not intentionally access or analyze your video content except for troubleshooting or legal compliance.

4. Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card or banking details.

5. Analytics & Playback Data

When videos are played, the plugin collects playback analytics including:

• View counts (deduplicated by viewer IP within a limited time window)
• Watch time and playback position
• Video quality level selected by the player
• Play, pause, and completion events
• Viewer IP address (for deduplication and abuse prevention only)

Viewer IP addresses are not shared with third parties.

6. Contact Form

If you contact us, we may store your name, email address, and message to respond to your inquiry.

7. Data Storage

Your data may be stored on infrastructure provided by DigitalOcean and Cloudflare.

8. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your API key remains active.

• Videos are deleted when you remove them
• Analytics data may be aggregated or removed after 90 days
• If your API key is deactivated, associated data may be deleted

9. Third-Party Services

• Cloudflare — storage and CDN
• DigitalOcean — hosting
• Stripe — payments

10. Cookies and Tracking

We do not use cookies or tracking technologies within the plugin. Playback analytics use IP-based deduplication without cookies.

11. Website Analytics

We use analytics tools to understand how users interact with our website. This may include information such as:

• Pages visited
• Time spent on pages
• Device and browser type

This data is collected anonymously and is used only to improve the product experience.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
