Terms of Service
Last updated: April 5, 2026
1. Service Description
VideoFlowEngine provides video upload, encoding, storage, streaming, and analytics functionality for WordPress websites using external cloud infrastructure.
Videos uploaded through the plugin are processed on VideoFlowEngine servers and delivered via Cloudflare's content delivery network. The plugin uses external encoding and streaming infrastructure — it is not a self-hosted solution.
By using the VideoFlowEngine plugin or API, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Account & API Keys
Each WordPress site is assigned a unique API key upon activation.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key. You must not share or expose your API key publicly.
Any activity performed using your API key is your responsibility.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use VideoFlowEngine to upload, host, encode, or distribute content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, or abusive
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or revoke API access at our sole discretion.
4. User Content Responsibility
You retain full ownership of all content you upload.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
5. Plans, Billing & Payments
VideoFlowEngine offers both free and paid plans with defined usage limits (including storage, bandwidth, and processing).
Payments are processed through Stripe.
- Prices are listed in USD and INR
- Paid plans are subscription-based
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
We reserve the right to modify pricing or plan limits at any time with reasonable notice.
6. Storage & Processing
Uploaded videos are processed on external infrastructure and stored on global content delivery networks.
While we take reasonable measures to ensure data reliability, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your content.
7. Service Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoFlowEngine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Fair Usage
Free and paid plans are subject to reasonable usage limits.
We reserve the right to throttle, restrict, or suspend accounts that excessively use resources or abuse the service.
10. Analytics & Data Collection
VideoFlowEngine collects video playback analytics including view counts, watch time, playback quality, and viewer engagement data.
Analytics are estimated based on player events and IP-based deduplication. They are designed to provide practical insights but may not be 100% accurate.
Viewer IP addresses are used for deduplication and abuse prevention purposes only. We do not sell or share individual viewer data with third parties.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these terms.
You may stop using the service at any time by deactivating the plugin.
Upon termination, access to your content may be revoked or deleted.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
